Microterroir
MICROTERROIR is the way we understand the origin of our grapes. In our Malbec vineyard in Tupungato, Uco Valley at 1,100 m.a.s.l., 6 micro-parcels were defined based on the soil profile.
After mapping, analyzing, and geo-referencing more than 30 soil pits, we made wines for 5 consecutive years, finally selecting the two most particular and extreme wines that represent unique soil combinations, casually located next to each other, sharing the same row: DEDICADO GRAVEL & STONE and DEDICADO SAND & SILT.
